A large pair of early 19th century bronze and ormolu tazzas having acanthus leaf rims, above Gothic fret stems with well cast double serpent handles, raised on sienna marble plinth bases with ormolu borders. Ideal to go on a high mantel piece as Tazzas were made to be viewed from lower angles, which is why you see such extravagantly cast stems and underside of the bowl.
